"Still remember how frustrating this was"
I tried reaching out about my order the whole experience stuck with me for the wrong reasons. I remember sitting there waiting for replies, getting more and more frustrated, only to receive slow answers that didn’t really help at all. It felt like they just didn’t care. After that, I wouldn’t bother ordering from them again.

"Shipping was all over the place"
I ordered pet food because the delivery window looked fine, and I figured it would just show up when they said. But then it just kind of sat there, no real updates, nothing useful. I had to contact them twice, and even then the replies were super vague, like they didn’t really know either. Meanwhile my pets still needed food, so I ended up going to a local shop anyway. Then of course the order finally arrived after that. Just really frustrating when it’s something you’re actually relying on, not some random item you can wait weeks for

"Delivery was really late"
I ordered food for my dog and it showed up more than a week late. I was trying to be patient, but no—after a few days with barely any clear updates, it got frustrating. Not great when it’s something you actually need on time

"I had a frustrating time..."
I had a frustrating time using jumbopets.com.au. I went on there to grab my dog’s usual food, and straight away a bunch of the sizes were out of stock. I figured, okay, I’ll just add some treats instead while I’m here, but then those turned out to be unavailable at checkout too.
At that point my brain just did the usual shortcut: if the site keeps showing stuff it doesn’t actually have, I’m probably better off not bothering next time. It felt like I spent time building an order for nothing, and I’d rather shop somewhere that keeps the stock info up to date

"Website was a pain to use"
I tried using jumbopets.com.au and got annoyed fast. The pages felt messy, and finding a simple things took way longer than it should. The search wasn’t much help either, it kept sending me back and forth just to check different products. Maybe it works better on desktop, but on my phone it was bad experience.

"Return went smoothly overall"
I had to return a pet bed because I ordered the wrong size, which is on me. My dog looked at it like I’d brought home a tiny sofa, which was kind of funny. Anyway, the return process was easy and didn’t turn into a whole ordeal. The refund took a few days longer than I was hoping, but customer support did reply and got it sorted out. I’ve dealt with way worse returns before, so I’d probably order from them again.

"I was hoping to find a few..."
I was hoping to find a few different food brands and maybe some toys, but the selection felt “limited.” They had some of the basic stuff, which was fine, but there just wasn’t much variety. I ended up having to check another site anyway, so it was a bit annoying.

"Good prices, seems like others agree too"
I ordered after seeing a few other people mention the prices were better than local shops, and they were right. Delivery was fine, nothing fancy, but it got here okay and I saved a bit compared to my usual pet shop. I’d probably use them again if the prices stay like this.
